Paul, with Sicilian antecedents, does the cooking at La Faula. All guests at
La Faula are treated equally, whether the Agriturismo is open or not, whether the guests are are family, friends or people staying in the house as customers. The dinners are cooked fresh every day from ingredients grown on the farm or sourced locally. Paul choses each night’s menu and dinner is served at 7.30 p.m. sharp. Paul has been cooking in the Agriturismo since 1997 and each night’s dinner is designed to appeal to all the guests. The cuisine can be described as Italian but it is work remembering that Italy.
